E-001error |
Insert the rear motor plug into the front drive and the front motor plug into the rear drive to see if an E-011 fault is reported. If an E-011 fault is reported, it is a rear motor Hall failure. Replace the rear motor and then test again; otherwise The controller Hall driver is faulty. Replace the controller and then test again.
E-002error
1. Unplug the waterproof connector of the accelerator dial and check whether the pins are bent. If not, replace the accelerator dial and then test again. 2. If the E002 fault is still reported after replacing the accelerator dial, replace the instrument and then test again.
E-003error
Controller failure - E-003 has two meanings: one is instantaneous overcurrent protection, and the other is a short circuit of the controller's MOS tube. If E-003 persists, it indicates a short circuit of the controller's MOS tube; replace the controller and then test again. If E-003 appears for an instant and then disappears, it means that the instantaneous current is too high, causing the controller to protect.
E-005error
Battery under-voltage fault ------The under-voltage protection value of the controller is around 41V. If the power is lower than about 41V and an error E-005 is reported, the battery is insufficient and the battery can be charged; if the power is much higher than 41V, an error is suddenly reported. E-005, the battery may be damaged, replace the battery and then test again.
E-006error
The display meter reception failure ------ Unplug the waterproof connector between the meter and the main line, and the waterproof connector between the controller and the main line to see if the pins are bent. If not, replace the meter first and then test; if the fault still occurs after replacing the meter Replace the controller and then test again. |
E-007error
the instrument signal failure - First unplug the waterproof connector between the instrument and the main line, and the waterproof connector between the controller and the main line to see if the pins are bent. If not, please replace the instrument before testing; if the fault still exists after replacing the instrument, replace the controller and retest.
E-009error
Post-controller overheating protection - Protection against excessive controller temperature, which is automatically restored after natural cooling.
E-011error
Front drive Hall fault ------- Insert the rear motor plug into the front drive and the front motor plug into the rear drive to see if an E-001 fault is reported. If an E-001 fault is reported, it is the front motor Hall fault. If it is faulty, replace the front motor and then test again; otherwise, it is a controller Hall drive fault, replace the controller and then test again.
E-013error
Front Controller Failure ------ E-013 has two meanings. One is instantaneous overcurrent protection, and the other is short circuit of controller MOSFET. If E-013 persists, it indicates a short circuit in the controller MOSFET, which should be replaced and then tested. If E-013 appears for a moment and then disappears, it indicates an excessive instantaneous current, and the controller is protecting.
E-015error
Front Controller Failure ------ E-013 has two meanings. One is instantaneous overcurrent protection, and the other is short circuit of controller MOSFET. If E-013 persists, it indicates a short circuit in the controller MOSFET, which should be replaced before testing again. If E-013 appears only for an instant and then disappears, it means that the instantaneous current is too high, causing the controller to protect.
E-017error
Controller receives a fault ----- Test after replacing the controller
E-019error
Controller Overheating Protection - The controller temperature is too high, and it will recover after natural cooling.
