How to implement private labeling?
To develop a new electric scooter (on an OEM basis), the buyer needs to design the scooter based on drawings and product specifications.
Kukirin will help the buyer refine the drawings for production.
Dealer send completed drawings/designs to our Kukirin team.

Kukirin will evaluate the drawings and provide feedback or suggestions for improvement. Once approved, Kukirin will begin building a prototype to verify feasibility.

Molds for all parts were made based on the buyer's design.

Produce 5-10 samples for assembly and testing. After testing, fix the mold and remake the samples for testing. If everything goes smoothly, begin mass production.

(ODM) is also known as private label or white label products. In this case, the manufacturer has an existing product design that the customer can modify slightly to

Collect all buyer requirements: Logo, color, packaging box, user manual
Send a quotation as requested by the buyer.
Received payment from buyer and began making samples for buyer approval.
