Warranty policy
1. Return without reason:
All logistics costs incurred for unreasonable returns will be borne by the dealer, and the returned goods cannot affect normal secondary sales. The product must be intact, including complete packaging, and no damage to the appearance. The refund will be issued after our company receives and confirms it. , freight deduction. If the returned goods affect normal secondary sales, the ownership of the goods will belong to the dealer and the dealer will handle it himself.
2. The goods are damaged upon arrival:
When the customer receives the product and finds that the product is damaged or faulty, please provide feedback to our company within 2 days. The product can be replaced or returned. If a return is made, we will issue a return mailing list and refund will be made after our company receives confirmation that it is correct; items that exceed 7 days are not considered to be damaged upon arrival and will be handled as normal after-sales quality issues. 3. Quality issues:
A. If the product quality problem occurs within 7 days after the logistics information is delivered, it can be replaced or returned. If you want to return the goods, we will issue a return receipt and refund will be made after our company receives confirmation that it is correct.

C. If the warranty period exceeds one year, our company provides lifetime paid maintenance and after-sales service. The ownership of the repaired machine belongs to the dealer, and the corresponding accessories and maintenance fees need to be paid. And the dealer will bear all logistics costs.
D. If there is a quality problem within 7 days, we will send the accessories free of charge and bear the logistics cost; if the accessories are sent within 7 days to 12 months, our company will send them free of charge. Accessories are provided but logistics costs are not borne; if the warranty period exceeds one year, the dealer needs to pay the corresponding accessories and logistics costs.
E. If the customer does not receive the consumable parts immediately, but if they are worn out during use, the customer needs to purchase and replace them by himself. Consumable parts: (tire kit, brake kit)
4. All costs caused by human problems will be borne by the customer/dealer Negotiate and bear on your own
Above warranty is for European warehouse, if not european warehouse shipping, and ship from China by bulk order, then we will provide for 1% parts with container shipping.
