E-000Motor blockage error.

E-001Battery overvoltage error
the battery is over-voltage, let the customer leave it alone for two days. If the error still occurs after leaving it alone, the customer needs to connect to the reset software to reset it.
E-002 Battery under-voltage error
The battery is under voltage. First, ask the customer to connect the charger and fully charge it abefore turning it on to see if there is an error. If there is still an error, the battery needs to be replaced. If the charger is connected and the charger indicator light cannot change from red to green, then The charger needs to be replaced for troubleshooting.
E-003Controller error. First, replug the main port. If it still doesn't work after replugging, you need to replace the controller
E-004Error message when speeding up the selection
First, re-plug the acceleration finger-dip port. If the error message still appears after re-plugging, you need to replace the acceleration finger-dip port.
E-005Brake pointer error.
First, reinsert the brake handle port. If the error occurs after reinserting the brake handle, replace the brake handle
E-006If the communication fault occurs, first disconnect and reconnect the main port. If the issue persists, replace the main cable for troubleshooting. If the error still occurs after replacing the cable, replace the controller for further investigation.

Re-unplug the motor port, then turn it on again to see if there is an error message. If there is still an error message, replace the motor.
